Can I use the product commercially?

All ACON products may be used for commercial or non-commercial purposes after being modified or transformed into a derivative work.

However, you may not transfer, distribute, or sell the product as-is or in a form that does not include substantial creative work by the purchaser.

✔️ Permitted uses

1. Using the product to create new works such as webtoons, illustrations, videos, or games
2. Creating a derivative work by modifying or editing the product and adding substantial creative work of your own

🚫 Transfer, distribution, and sale are prohibited in the following cases

1. Providing the entire product file as-is
2. Extracting and providing any part of the product’s components
3. Capturing the product file or extracting images from it and providing them
4. Providing captured or extracted images after applying only minimal adjustments, such as color or visual effects
5. Converting the product into additional creative tools or resources, such as 3D models or brushes, and providing them

📌 Please note

1. Simple color adjustments or visual effects alone are not considered sufficient to create a derivative work.
2. A work is considered a derivative work only when it includes substantial creative work by the purchaser.
3. The whole product or any part of it may not be transferred, distributed, or sold, regardless of whether it has been modified.
4. Please select the appropriate license based on your production method and the number of people who edit or modify the product files.
