Licenses

What is the difference between a Personal License and a Shared License?

Personal Licenses and Shared Licenses are distinguished based on the number of people who edit or modify the purchased digital asset file.

👤 Personal License

  1. A license granted to one purchaser.
  2. Available when only 1 person edits or modifies the asset file.
  3. May be used across multiple creative works.
  4. The asset file may not be shared, loaned, or transferred to a third party.

👥 Shared License

  1. Required when 2 or more people edit or modify the asset file.
  2. May be used for collaborative work by a team or company.
  3. The license remains valid if participants change within the same creative work or project.
  4. The number of creative works that may use the asset depends on the type of Shared License purchased.
  5. 1 project → Shared License – 1 Use
  6. Up to 5 projects → Shared License – 5-Times
  7. Unlimited projects → Shared License – Unlimited

📌 Please note

  1. Please select the appropriate license based on the number of people who edit or modify the asset file.
  2. Even if multiple people participate in the project, a Personal License may be used if only 1 person edits or modifies the asset file.
