The compressed file won’t open properly.

Does this sound like your issue?

1. The compressed file cannot be extracted properly.
2. No files are visible in the extracted folder.
3. The compressed file appears empty when opened directly.

✔️ Please check the following in order

1. Fully extract the downloaded file before opening it.
2. Try using a different extraction program.
3. Windows: We recommend using [Bandizip].
4. macOS: We recommend using [Keka].
5. If the file still cannot be extracted with Keka, try extracting it through Terminal.
6. For instructions on using Terminal, please refer to the macOS User Guide on Apple’s website.
7. Save the file to a location with a shorter path, such as your Desktop, and extract it again.
8. Check whether the file name or folder name is too long.
