Can I use ACON products to create merchandise?

Physical products that are substantially identical or similar in form to the original digital product may not be produced.

However, an exception applies when the item is created solely for non-commercial purposes, such as a personal gift.

Merchandise created from derivative works using ACON products must meet all of the following requirements.

1. Simply commercializing the original product, reproducing it in physical form with minimal changes, or applying only minor adjustments such as color or size changes does not qualify as creating a derivative work.
2. The merchandise must not be provided in a form that allows purchasers to extract, edit, or reuse the original files or their individual components.
3. A Shared License applies to each individual project or creative work. Therefore, if it has already been used for another derivative work, an additional license may be required to create merchandise.
