Which license do I need for educational or instructional use?

Government-authorized educational institutions may use ACON assets for educational purposes only.

✔️ Classes with multiple students

1. For interactive classes where two or more participants edit, process, or incorporate the asset files, a Shared License is required.
2. When purchasing a Shared License, please register the course title as the Creation Name.
3. If the participant group changes, it is considered a new class or project, and an additional license is required.

⚠️ Asset file management guidelines

1. Asset files must be used only for class purposes within an environment managed by the educational institution or course provider.
2. Asset files may not be distributed or sent to students’ personal devices, and students must not be allowed to save or retain them separately after the class.

If students wish to use the asset after the class for personal portfolio pieces or commercial work, each student must purchase a separate license that matches their intended use and role in the production.
