There are two types of usage licenses - [Personal] or [Shared]. Please select the appropriate license when purchasing.

Products purchased with product licenses can be used for publication, game, physical form realization, etc.

Both commercial and non-commercial uses are permitted.

The title of the creative work must be clearly specified on the piece.

If two or more individuals edit, process, or incorporate the purchased Digital Product into a work during the production of the creative piece, the purchase of a Shared License is required.

When two or more individuals — including the primary creator, outsourced personnel, assistants, post-production staff, or external vendors — edit, process, or incorporate the same Digital Product into a work (such as webcomics, videos, or illustrations), a Shared License must be obtained.

However, if all individuals involved in editing, processing, or incorporating the digital product into the work each already hold an individual Personal License for that digital product, purchasing an additional Shared License is not required.

Publications

1. “Publication” refers to any publicly distributed work, including, but not limited to, webcomics, comic books, illustrations, fan art, and promotional materials.

Games

1. “Game” refers to any content developed for consoles, PCs, mobiles, VR, AR, XR, or Metaverse-based platforms.

2. Neither the Personal License nor the Shared License permits the use of purchased Products for commercial sale through in-game stores. In such cases, please contact us separately at contact@acon3d.com.

Videos

1. “Video” refers to any form of audiovisual creative content, including, but not limited to, films, broadcasts, advertisements, animations, user-generated online content (e.g., YouTube, personal social media), and streaming content (e.g., Twitch).

2. When a license is purchased for streaming purposes, no additional purchase is required to upload a recording of the stream to a video platform channel operated by the license holder.

3. Licenses are granted on a per-Creation basis and may be used without limitation as to the number or type of distribution platforms (e.g., webcomic platforms, social media, or video platform channels).

Architecture/Interior

1. “Architecture/Interior” refers to any work including, but not limited to, architectural and interior renderings, stage design for performances, media set design for broadcasts and films, and other installation related tasks.

Physical Outputs

1. “Physical Output” refers to any tangible Creation, including, but not limited to, 3D-printed objects, merchandise, manufactured goods, furniture, and sculptures.

2. The creation of a Physical Output using a Digital Product sold by ACON, without sufficient visual modification or creative transformation to qualify as a derivative work, is not permitted except for non-commercial personal use (e.g., gifts).

3. The production of merchandise following the licensed use of a Digital Product in a Publication or Game shall require a separate license in accordance with the applicable licensing terms.

AI Data

1. “AI” refers to artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep learning, neural networks, or similar technologies designed to automate or assist in the creation of Creations or Digital Products—including, but not limited to, audio, visual, or text-based content.

2. Digital Products sold on ACON may not be used as training data for AI unless a separate agreement has been signed with the seller and the platform.

Educational Purposes

1. An “Educational Institution” refers to an organization whose primary purpose is to educate enrolled students and that is either accredited by a government body or operates a recognized equivalent curriculum.

2. Digital Products sold on ACON may be used for educational purposes by Educational Institutions.

3. A Shared License is required for participatory educational use of the product involving two or more individuals.

3-1. The course title must be specified as the title of the Creation.

3-2. Courses involving different participants are considered separate courses and require the purchase of a Shared License that matches the appropriate usage tier.

4. Purchased Digital Products may only be redistributed for access on devices owned by the Educational Institution (e.g., computers, tablet PCs).

5. Educational Institutions may not redistribute Digital Products in a manner that grants students access to the Digital Products on their personal devices. Any use beyond the permitted educational scope may result in legal liability.

6. If a student wishes to use a Creation produced during educational activities for commercial purposes, the student shall be required to purchase a valid license for the Digital Product in their own name, as the Creator.

Product usage notice

Using, transferring, distributing, or reselling the product in violation of the terms of use

may result in legal consequences.

Image transfers can be permitted when considered as part of the creation process.

You can modify the product or use it together with other products. However, you must hold the license rights or copyright for all of the products used.

Considering the nature of intangible goods, downloaded products are non-refundable.

Purchased products are available for download immediately after payment completion. However, responsibility for downloading, storage, and management rests with the creator after three months from the payment completion date.

The scope of use of the product varies depending on the type of creation, so please refer to the End User License Agreement(EULA)for more information.
