What is ACON’s AI policy?

Q. Are products created using AI available for sale?

Generative AI–created or AI-processed content cannot be used in asset products.

However, products containing generative AI content may be permitted for sale in certain categories as an exception.

1. AI-Permitted Categories
2. Sound: BGM / Sound Effects
3. Books & Videos: Videos / Print & E-books
4. Production Tools: Programs (Software / Add-ons)

For products containing generative AI content, the use of AI will be disclosed through text and images on the product detail page.

Q. Can I use a purchased product with AI?

Purchased products cannot be used for AI training, content generation, or transformation.

The following uses are not permitted:

1. AI Training
2. Using a purchased product as training data for an AI model is not permitted.
3. Input or Reference Material for Generative AI Tools
4. Using a purchased product as an input or reference image or material for a generative AI tool is not permitted.
5. AI-Based Post-Processing or Transformation
6. Uploading a purchased product, or a work created using the product, to an AI tool for video generation, transformation, or post-processing is not permitted.
