Can I get a refund for ACON Cash?

The refund policy for your ACON Cash may vary depending on whether it has been used and when it was charged.

By default, you can request a refund for your entire ACON Cash balance. You may also select specific charge transactions to refund, if needed.

⚠️ Important refund information

1. Any bonus points provided free of charge at the time of charging will be reclaimed upon refund.

2. The points subject to reclamation will first be deducted from your available point balance. If your point balance is insufficient, the remaining amount will be deducted from the ACON Cash scheduled for refund.

3. Refunds are not available when the remaining balance is $1 or less.

4. Refund requests may not be available after account deletion. Please request a refund for any remaining ACON Cash before deleting your account.

5. No refund fee will be charged when the refund is due to reasons attributable to ACON.

✔️ How to request a refund

1. Select the charge transaction(s) you want to refund.
2. By default, all charge transactions are selected. You may also choose specific transactions only.
3. The estimated refund amount will be shown after applying any refund fees and deductions for reclaimed bonus points.
4. Review and confirm the refund method.
5. Card payments will be refunded automatically to the original payment method.
6. The refund will be processed immediately.
7. Once you agree to the refund details, the refund will be processed and returned to the original payment method.
