When can I use a Shared License(Single Use)?
The Shared License – Single Use is a non-exclusive license that allows a company or team to use an ACON product in one project or creative work for commercial or non-commercial purposes.
✔️ When a Shared License is required
- Required: Two or more people edit, modify, or incorporate the digital asset file.
- Recommended: A third party other than the purchaser can access, edit, or modify the asset file.
✔️ Scope of use
- When purchasing a Shared License – Single Use, please register the Creation Name and clearly indicate it in the creative work where the product is used.
- All participants involved in producing the registered creative work may edit, modify, or incorporate the digital asset file.
- To use the same product in another creative work, an additional license must be purchased.
- A continuous series produced under the same title is considered one creative work.
📌 When a Personal License may still be used for collaborative work
- Multiple people participate in the project, but only one person edits, modifies, or incorporates the digital asset file.
- Multiple people edit, modify, or incorporate the asset file, but each person holds their own Personal License for the same product.
