Which license should I choose?
Please select a license based on the number of people who actually edit or modify the purchased asset file.
✅ License Decision Table

- Who is considered a third party? Anyone other than the purchaser, including outsourced personnel, assistants, collaborators, and team members.
💡 One Simple Rule for License Selection
“How many people actually edit or modify the purchased asset?”
- 1 person → Personal License
- 2 or more people → Shared License
- Exception: If all editors individually own a Personal License for the asset, a Shared License is not required.
❗ Important Notes
A Personal License is granted to one individual only. Sharing, lending, or transferring the digital asset file to any third party is not permitted.
If any third party can access, open, or potentially edit the asset file, a Shared License is recommended to prevent permission or ownership disputes.
Actions such as overall color correction or size adjustment performed after the asset has been rasterized into a PNG, JPG, or other image format, where the asset can no longer be separated or modified, do not constitute editing or modification of the digital asset file.
